Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to digital subscription plans offered to clinics on AestheticFinder (Pro, Premium, Featured) and to lead purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, whose buyer terms also apply.

2. Cancelling a Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access continues until then.
  • We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the partial current billing period, except where required by law.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service due to a technical fault, you are entitled to a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of the charge. Periods during which the service was actively used are not refundable.

4. Lead Purchases

Lead (patient contact) purchases are non-refundable once contact details have been delivered, as the digital product is considered delivered immediately. For an invalid, duplicate, or incorrectly delivered lead, you may dispute it within 7 days and request a credit (a replacement lead).

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@aiotonom.com with your order/transaction number. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle within 5–10 business days.
