Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AestheticFinder is an independent directory of aesthetic surgery clinics in Turkey. We provide clinic information, patient reviews and general procedure information for reference purposes only. We are not a healthcare provider and do not offer medical services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice. All aesthetic surgery decisions must be made after an in-person consultation with qualified medical professionals. AestheticFinder is not liable for the relationship you establish with a clinic or for outcomes of treatments arranged through the platform.

3. User Obligations

  • The platform may be used for lawful purposes only.
  • Providing false or misleading information is prohibited.
  • Automated scraping of the platform is prohibited.
  • Users under 18 may not use the platform’s services.

4. Clinic Registration

Clinics may register with accurate information only. Declaring false accreditation (MoH, JCI, ISO) may result in immediate account suspension and legal action. AestheticFinder reserves the right to remove a listing without stating a reason.

5. Payments

  • Lead purchases are non-refundable once contact details are delivered.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly; cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; applicable VAT/taxes are included. Card details are not stored by AestheticFinder.
  • Prices are in Euros (€). Local currency conversions apply at the current exchange rate.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform design, content and software belong to AestheticFinder. Registered clinics may use their own profile pages for portfolio purposes. Copying, republishing or commercial use of platform content without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

AestheticFinder’s liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. AestheticFinder is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) courts and execution offices.
